Some people do arts and crafts, we judge

I have officially become a card carrying member of the human race (American Chapter) for my humble abode is finally host to an internet port. Let the sarcastic away messages begin. Well, I suppose they won't be able to officially begin until I get a wireless port thingie (thingie being the technical term) from Best Buy or other such peddler of electronic doohickies. As of right now I have to sit in my living room on the floor by the port to use it, and unplug promptly upon commencing my time wasting so that the other members of my household can myspace account check to their hearts content. But soon, there will be a wireless thingie, and we can all waste time at the same time. I don't know how soon, because I am short of the funds. Funds being dollars, lira, gil, or money in general, and don't know when I will acquire more of it. Oh wait, I have a relatively clear idea because I am now also the proud owner of one of those job thingies everyone keeps talking about. (Thingie once again being the techncial term.) I will now cater to the rich and not so fabulous (lets face it, no one too terribly fabulous chooses Winston-Salem as their permanent residence.) They will however, hopefully be loaded. As the manager told me today, just be charming and knowledgeable and they'll throw money at you. I'm an overachiever so that takes care of the knowledgeable, as for the charming, that's what mood elevators are for. It's a good paycheck for not a lot of work. Straight from the manager's mouth.

It seems as thought I might shape up to be a real live human being after all.

But I've got a lot of medical bills to take care of before that can happen.
