Soooo....he texted me =)
Ok, so last Sunday I texted Bobby and we texted back & forth for about an hour (woa, we broke the record lol). Usually he takes forever to reply back but last Sunday we were able to talk more than our usual "hey, whats up". I also found out more info about him. He graduated from college with a degree in Illustration. He's been drawing since he's 3 or 4 so lately he's been working on lots of 'art projects". He plays guitar & sings in a band. When I told him I was a Graphic Designer he was like: "That's awesome...a fellow artist :)" So after texting for a while, he tells me he has to go to band practice so we end our conversation. Then, the days pass & I didn't text him & waited to see if he would actually text me. I'm tired of always being the one texting him. So I tried out this little technique of mine lol I thought to myself, I'm not going to text him, and we'll see if he actually goes ahead and texts me first. Well, the week went by and I didn't hear back from him. I was tempted to text him cause I really wanted to talk to him. But on Thursday I see him pass by my store & we just waved & smiled from afar like we always do. And today Sunday we did the same thing lol. But here comes the good part... Today when I got out of work, I check my phone & I got a text from him that he sent 2 hours earlier (I don't get service at work, ugh). He asked me if today I had to close. I replied back saying yes & he said he got out early and wanted to ask me if I wanted to hang out!!! OMG. A smile came on my face when I read that :D I was so happy my little 'plan' worked. He probably wondered why I didn't text him this whole week. I guess it's good to make a guy wait instead of giving in too quickly. It makes me happy because now I know he is somewhat interested in me & wants to hang out =) Anyways, if you're wondering if we hung out, well...we didn't. By the time I got out of work he was already home and was about to go to band practice. So I said we should leave it for another day. Anyways, we'll see what happens! This has never happened to me before so I'm enjoying all these little moments that make me all happy & giddy :)
