Florian's New Kitty
Characters: Kisa, Florian, Karol, Sync, Derek, and Prior
Setting: Clinic
Time: May 16th
Description: Kisa, in tiger form, gets too close to the clinic and ends up getting inducted into the Clinic groupies.

Kisa whimpered softly in her seat as the two researchers asked her questions and performed a few skin tests to try and understand her "secret power." It made Kisa sad, because she knew all too well she did not have any power - and the transformation? It was all a curse. She might've said that, too, but these men scared her. A lot. Her eyes were wide, like a small prey staring into the mouth of a hungry predator. She only wanted to go home...
Eventually, one man came out with a syringe, "We'll knock her out and see what can be studied this way.."
She let out a small squeak, nervous and scared, and immediately there was a poof of smoke and when it cleared, her chair was empty. A small striped tail was all they could see running out the door.
Kisa: *in her tiger form, scared, she managed to find an open window and she leapt out of the hospital, running as fast as her four limbs could take her to the forest near the hospital. She wanted to get away. Why were those people so mean and persistent... Akito was going to be pissed... But she ran into the forest and found a thick shrubbed area and crawled under a berry bush to get as low as she could to the ground and hope those people in white didn't see her* ...
Karol: *was showing Florian a little about bushes today, even though it lead them a bit far from the clinic for what Derek or Sync would have liked...* see these berries? theyre edible and you can eat them raw, right off the bush! *plucks a few small, red berries from a large, leafy bush* i call this plant the "hyper energy super duper outlandish special poofy bush with red berries"! its a great name, huh?
Florian: ooo!!! *picks some berries for himself and eats some* thats a great name, too, Karol! youre amazing! :O
Karol: hehehe! thanks, Florian! the amazing Karol Capel knows his plants!
Florian: these are really good! we should bring some back with us to share with the others whenever they visit!
Karol: *reaches into his amazing, illogical bag, digs around a little and then pulls out a small wicker basket and hands it to Florian* here, you can use this!
Florian: okay! *takes the basket and starts picking berries*
Karol: *pulls out another basket* ill take the right and you take the left and we'll meet on the other side!
Florian: yes sir!
Kisa: *curled up, she was attempting to go to sleep. She needed to get back to her apartment, but she couldn't bring herself to head out there yet. ... though it wasn't going to be good to stay out here either. If she calmed down, she'd be stuck out here... naked. Just the thought of having to streak back home kept her stressed though. ... And then, she heard the bushes around her start to rustle. Scared it might be one of the researchers, she scooted back further so she wouldn't be seen, getting as small as possible. Her bright orange eyes stared to watch who it might be, hoping they wouldn't see her.*
Florian: *was picking berries from the large bush rather briskly. he wanted to get as many as he possibly could before meeting up with Karol again. then something caught his eye. there was something orange in the big green and red bush! he looks more closely to inspect it and sees its... a kitty!!* ohhh!!! *his eyes get big*
Kisa: *tries not to move, but stares at this figure that was by the bushes. She was caught.. Where would she go? How many were there? .. she waited a little longer, but the muscles in her back legs started tensing in case she needed to go* ...
Florian: *gets closer and looks with big, curious green eyes, then smiles big and friendly to her* hello! look! im collecting berries! theyre really good! do you want some
Kisa: *growls, although it wasn't as ferocious as she'd like it to be. Those eyes looked familiar... the rest of her attacker's face was covered by leaves of the bush*
Florian: aww, dont growl! im not going to hurt you! *soft voice and pushes some leaves away*
Kisa: *watches, the fur on the back of her neck standing on edge, but then his face came into view* ... Ion?
Florian: *surprised look, not expecting the animal tiger to talk, but then looks really amazed* whoaaa!!! you can talk! thats awesome!!
*reaches in and picks up Kisa and hugs her* aww, youre so soft!!
Kisa: *... this wasn't Ion. Crap* Mrrrowwwwwww.. *she tries to get out of his hug, but she kept her claws sheathed, and then looked to him with scared eyes* ...
Florian: *pats her head* i wont hurt you ^^ i like kitties!! thats amazing you can talk :O what else can you say??
Kisa: *watches his every movement carefully* ... you look l-l-like Ion...
Florian: yeah! thats because im his brother :O
Kisa: *relaxes a little in his arms, but her body was still really tense* ... O-oh... it's y-you...
Florian: huh? do you know me?
Kisa: I.. I heard about y-you... Saw you once.. Glad you're o-o-ok..
Florian: *smiles big and hugs her more* thank you! im doing really well! :O what is your name, little kitty?
Kisa: *tries to get away again. She wasn't used to being held, although she had held back from biting like she normally did* ... K-Kisa..
Florian: Kisa! :O thats a really nice name! ^^
Kisa: ... t-thanks... *feeling a little more comfortable, she then starts looking around before she looked back to Florian* W-what is your name
Florian: my name is Florian! and im out here with a friend :O Karol would love to meet you! ^^ *starts running around the bush with the basket holder around his arm so he could carry Kisa* its so cool you can talk!
Kisa: F-Friend?? *she panics again. Was he with those people?* N-Nooo.. *ducks her head*
Florian: dont be afraid! Karol is cool :O
Kisa: *shaking in his arms*
Florian: Karol! Karol! *calls out while he runs, eventually finding him* Karol! look! a kitty!
Karol: *was still picking berries and sees Florian with Kisa, and comes over* whoa! i think thats... a tiger?! *surprised* wh-whats a tiger doing here on Utopia!?
Florian: her name is Kisa and she can talk!! Kisa, say hi to Karol :O
Kisa: *she slowly looks up to Karol, shaking, but sees he's a young boy and doesn't feel too terrible* ....
Karol: *kinda nervous to have a tiger with Florian* uh... uh... Florian... it isnt talking. i think... you sh-should let her go. tigers are dangerous! you shouldnt pick up wild animals you find in the forest...!
Florian: aww... but i want to keep her D:
Karol: ...you cant take a tiger into the clinic, Florian
Florian: *hugs her tight* but... but she might be hungry!
Kisa: *watching them both, she tries to get away again*
Florian: Kisa! its okay! youre safe with us!
Karol: ...l-let the tiger go, Florian! it might hurt you!
Florian: no she wont! shes nice! *looks at Kisa with a smile* lets go back to the clinic and get you some food and water!
Karol: w-wait!
Florian: *starts heading back to the clinic*
Karol: ...hes not listening -.-;;
Kisa: *clinic?? Men in white coats. She starts to flail around more, growling. She didn't want to hurt Ion's brother, but she didn't want to go back*
Florian: *hardly notices* the doctor and Sync are coming over today! theyll really like you, too! and then we can go to the beach and play in the sand and have a picnic!
Kisa: *growls more and hisses, showing her teeth to him and pinning back her ears*
Florian: *looks down at her with a gentle smile* do you like cookies??
Kisa: Let.. Me.. G-Go... I don't want to go back there.. *growling louder*
Florian: huh? ive never seen you in the clinic before! :O i stay there with Karol and sometimes our friends visit!
Kisa: ... but the people.. in.. in.. white coats...
Florian: theres no people with white coats there :O i promise ^^
Kisa: ... so, where are we g-going..?
Florian: youll see ^^ *comes out of the forest where they are on the edge of the small clearing near the currently invisible clinic and starts walking towards it* its a special hidden safe place!
Kisa: S-safe...?
Florian: yeah! nobody knows about it besides me and my friends! *walks closer and the clinic suddenly appears in front of them and he goes in through the front door* here we are!
Kisa: *relaxed again, she looks around at everything curiously* ... This doesn't smell like that place... *her ears perk back up*
Florian: we have a fridge and some cupboards with snacks! are you hungry?
Kisa: .. A.. a little..
Florian: okay! *sets her down on the table and goes to a cupboard and grabs some bread, bringing it back to the table and then going to the fridge to find some tuna and comes back* sandwiches are really good! :O ill make you one ^^
Kisa: *her entire body seems to perk up, happier, at the smells* .. th-thank you.
Florian: *starts making the sandwich* youre welcome ^^
Karol: *finally caught up and comes through the door and sees Kisa on the table* Florian... *worn out a little since Florian's pace was so wuick* wh-why is that tiger on the table!?
Kisa: *shies back down when Karol comes in, watching him carefully* ...
Florian: but she is hungry! i just want to help her out :O
Karol: *doesnt come any closer, not sure about this* sh-should you really have an animal in here?? i mean... where did she come from?? tigers dont live on this island...
Florian: i dont know, but shes here and i like her! :O *gives her a sandwich and makes himself one*
Karol: b-but...! tigers are wild animals, Florian! you cant keep them as pets!
Kisa: *slinks over towards the sandwich, not letting her eyes leave Karol, and she starts nibbling on the sandwich*
Florian: *smiles at Kisa* its ok. Karol is just afraid of animals!
Karol: i...i am not! ugh... *facepalms and thinks he wont be getting anywhere here* okay. she can stay until Derek comes but then you have to let her go
Florian: *ignores Karol and eats his sandwich*
Kisa: *watches Karol a little more, then goes to eating her sandwich, her tail swishing back and forth happily. Tuna!*
Florian: i think she likes it!
Karol: ...ill be outside -.-;; *goes out and sits on the front patio of the clinic, wondering why Florian had to bring a tiger in there... and then he wondered what it was doing there to begin with* ...
Kisa: *licks her lips and her paws, looking to Florian* ... Karol does not l-like me..?
Florian: hes afraid of animals *still eating his sandwich* hes afraid of a lot of things, though. its ok
Kisa: *looks out to where Karol went* ... *then continues and finishes her sandwich*
Florian: you can go anywhere in this building that you want ^^ and theres a lot of nice beds, too :O
Florian: stay as long as you want and theres always food to eat, too ^^
Kisa: .. Thanks.. but I will p-probably head b-back later.. *sits up and cleans her paws a little more, watching Florian*
Florian: head back? head back where?
Kisa: My apar.. well.. where I am l-living here.. k
Florian: oh? :O i have to live out here because im not supposed to be on the island... i always have to hide ):
Florian: but Karol and the others are really fun! so its not so bad ^^
Kisa: The o-others? .. *looks a little nervous*
Florian: yeah! theres Karol, who you already met, and my brother Ion, and my other brother Sync, and theres our friend Sora, then Sync's dad, Dr Stiles! dont worry! theyre all cool ^^
Kisa: S-sora comes here, too?
Florian: yep!
Florian: so you know him already? :O
Kisa: *nods* .. I have met.. S-sora and Ion before..
Florian: ooohhh :O they should have told me they had a tiger friend!
Kisa: *shakes her head* .. They.. they have not s-seen me like this.. It's embarrassing...
Florian: huh? but youre so cute!! ^^
Kisa: *looks away, not amused, but she was a little happy with the compliment*
Florian: so does that mean you arent always a tiger?
Kisa: Y-yeah.. not a-al-always..
Florian: what do you look like when youre not a tiger?
Kisa: j-just a girl...
Florian: ooohhh :O
Karol: *outside, was looking around, wondering when Derek and Sync would come* ...
Derek: *pushing Sync through the woods as best he could* ... Boy, you guys have definitely got this place hidden.
Sync: thats part of the point... *looks off to the side. he had some groceries in his lap that they were bringing to the clinic to re-stock some* at least Florian hasnt said anything more about Karol acting weird. maybe hes back to normal now
Prior: *was running up ahead, sniffing everything*
Derek: Yeah, I hope so.. *looks ahead at Prior* Don't get off and get lost..
Sync: he wont
Prior: *comes back, panting hard and yaps tiredly, wanting the lap space but there were groceries in the way*
Sync: *looks down at him* we're almost there
Derek: Yeah. Almost. *continues pushing him through the thick forest, apologizing a few times when the branches came back and hit them*
Prior: *runs ahead, picking up on the scent and runs towards the clinic. it didnt matter that he couldnt see it since he sees the world through his nose. he yaps a few times when he sees Karol*
Karol: *looks up, surprised to see a little... creature yapping at him. thinking: MORE animals!?* gah! whats going on around here!? *stands up, looking at Prior*
Prior: *keeps yapping at Karol and not playfully*
Derek: *eventually gets the chair through the barrier, pushing Sync up closer* Prior..
Sync: *sees Prior yapping at Karol and smirks* is someone not a dog person??
Karol: *looks up* Sync! Derek! wait... is this thing with you guys?? and... its a dog?! 0_0
Prior: *keeps yapping at Karol since Sync never told him to stop*
Sync: *decides to get up and puts the groceries where he was sitting. he walks towards Prior and Karol* yeah, hes a dog. some expert you are...
Karol: i... i didnt know you guys had a dog!! *looks at Prior* hes weird looking... kinda like a rat
Sync: *looks down to Prior* go ahead
Prior: *runs over to Karol and bites one of his pant legs, holding on tight*
Karol: AAHHH!!! GET HIM OFF!! GET HIM OFF!! *shakes his leg*
Prior: *doesnt let go*
Derek: Sync..
Sync: hahahaha *laughs at them*
Sync: *looks back at Derek* what?
Derek: ... Let Karol go and don't train Prior to be mean to people.
Sync: ...its only Karol *bummed* Prior, come here
Prior: *lets go and runs to Sync*
Sync: *kneels down and picks up Prior in his arms*
Karol: ...wh-what was that for!?!
Derek: *sighs and pushes the wheelchair towards the clinic* I'm terribly sorry, Karol.. You know Sync has no manners.
Sync: *ignores the comment and rubs behind Prior's ears with a smirk*
Karol: wh-who let him have a dog!?! he wont use it for good!!
Derek: I let him have a dog.. They're good for each other... most of the time.
Karol: ...whats with the pets today?? -.-;;
Sync: *walks over towards Karol* say hi to Prior *cynical look*
Prior: *yaps at Karol*
Karol: GAHH!!!
Derek: Stop tormenting Karol, Sync *firm glare, then softened to look at Karol* ... Pets?
Karol: *looks nervously at Sync* y-yeah!! stop!! *then to Derek* y-yeah... Florian brought home... a tiger -.-;;
Derek: ... A tiger? There are tigers on this island? .. And you don't just bring home a tiger....
Karol: well HE did!!! *points to the door* and he was feeding it!!
Derek: ... Better keep a close eye on Prior, Sync.. *opens the door* I'll come check. *pushes the wheelchair and the groceries inside*
Sync: *holding Prior to him and watches curiously* why would Florian bring a tiger here?? *looks at Karol*
Karol: i dont know where he found it, okay!!
Sync: *follows Derek inside*
Karol: hey! dont l-leave me out here!! *doesnt follow them inside*
Derek: Then come inside, Karol.. *looks back to him*
Kisa: *hears other voices, more than Karol's, and she looks to Florian before shying back towards him* ...
Florian: its okay. my friends are here! ^^ *gets up to go greet them* hello!!
Derek: .. Florian.. *glad to see him in one piece, thinking a large man-eating tiger might be in the clinic* ... Hey, you all right?
Florian: yep! ^^ and look! i made a new friend! *points over to the table* her name is Kisa :O
Kisa: *looks up to Florian's friends, but she sees the wheelchair first, and then... a man in a white coat. She stares, and then scrambles off the table and runs down the hallway, hiding*
Florian: *sees her run off* Kisa? *calls and then runs after her to see where she went*
Sync: *followed in behind Derek and has a flat expression* ...i cant believe Karol was afraid of that
Prior: *yap*
Derek: ... What was that? It looked like a chubby orange tabby, right?
Sync: definitely not a tiger... *sigh* Karol was being stupid... again
Derek: Karol, get in here! *calls out after him*
Kisa: *found a nighttable that she could slide behind and she hid*
Karol: i... im keeping watch! *calls back*
Sync: *rolls his eyes* leave him
Florian: *looks into each room but cant see Kisa from the doorway* Kisa! Kisa! *calls*
Kisa: *the nightstand shakes when he comes into the room, she was trying to hide more*
Florian: *sees the shaking and comes over quickly to look* Kisa! *pulls her out from underneath* its okay! my friends are nice!
Kisa: W-w-w-white c-c-coat..
Florian: yeah, Dr Stiles has a white coat but he is really nice! and hes my brother's dad! hes a friend!
Kisa: *clings to Florian and buries her head into his arms*
Florian: *pets her* aww, its okay ^^
Sync: *pulls out Prior's leash and ties him up to a table* stay here *goes to follow Florian*
Prior: *yaps*
Kisa: ... I'm sc-scared...
Florian: theres nothing to be scared about, Kisa! youll like them :O and i think theyll like you too ^^
Kisa: ... *tightens up, hearing other people outsife of the room. She growls, smelling the dog outside*
Derek: *took the bags with groceries and unloads thm. Once they were put up, he folds the chair and heads on to see what he can help with between the boys*
Sync: *finds the room where Florian is in and has a flat expression when he sees Kisa* thats just a cat... stupid Karol doesnt know what hes talking about *walks in towards Florian and Kisa*
Kisa: *another one of Ion's brothers? She shakes, looking up to Florian*
Florian: shes really scared, Sync! show her youre friendly :O
Sync: *crosses his arms* youre stupid, Florian. put that fleabag outside
Florian: shes not a fleabag!!
Kisa: *lowers her ears and buries her head in Florian's arms* ...
Derek: *walks in and looks to the two boys, and sees the cat in Florian's arms* ... that pattern... *walks in and looks to Kisa* It is a tiger... but how?
Sync: *reaches down to take Kisa away from Florian* im going to let it go outside
Florian: *hides Kisa, holding a little too tight* no! i like her!
Sync: ...
Derek: ... Florian, she's a baby tiger. She can't stay and be your pet.. She'll take a lot to feed and she'll be bigger than you soon...
Sync: give it up, Florian! *annoyed*
Florian: *sticks his tongue out at Sync*
Sync: *narrows his eyes at him and grabs Kisa away by the scruff of her neck*
Florian: HEY!! *tries grabbing her back but hes too short*
Kisa: AHHHHHHH!!!!!! *screams and yowls at the same time. scrambles and bites Sync's hand, clawing at him, anything to get him to drop her*
Sync: *drops her, not liking being bit* dammit...!
Florian: you were mean so she was mean back :O
Kisa: *runs and hides under the bed*
Derek: Sync, are you ok? You need to go wash that out or it'll get infected. *frowns and looks to Sync's bites. They didn't look too terrible. Then he looked to the bed* ... That was a really weird noise...
Sync: grr... ill get that cat! *looks under the bed and reaches under to get Kisa*
Florian: Sync!! stop!!
Kisa: *swipes her paw at him, hissing*
Derek: Sync, don't. It'll only claw you more. It's a scared wild animal. You don't mess with those.
Sync: *glares at Kisa and backs off* ...
Kisa: *shakes more and curls into the back corner*
Sync: *walks over to the sink and washes out the cuts* dammit, Florian! you cant bring wild animals in here!!
Derek: ... I agree, Florian. There's no telling what sort of diseases she might carry. And she can hurt people. She's already hurt Sync... what about others?
Florian: but... but... *pouty face* she was nice to me!
Derek: How can she be nice to you, Florian? She's a tiger... What can she possibly do?
Florian: she talked to me and let me hug her and feed her
Sync: animals dont talk, Florian *glares at him and dries his hands* stop being stupid!
Florian: she DID talk!!
Derek: *sighs a little*
Sync: im going to get Prior to chase her out
Derek: .. Sync, that's not a good idea. She's small, but she can rip Prior into pieces as well...
Sync: so what do we do?? we cant leave her there
Florian: yeah you can!! *looks under the bed* Kisa? are you okay?
Sync: shes not going to respond, dumbass...
Kisa: *looks to Florian with sad eyes, wanting to crawl out to him but is scared of the others* ...
Florian: Kisa?
Sync: *sits down on the floor opposite of Florian's side and looks under at Kisa with a glare* ...
Kisa: ... *watches Sync, then she slowly starts crawling towards Florian again*
Florian: *smiles welcomingly to Kisa* thats it! come to me! *holds his arms out*
Kisa: *slowly crawls into Florian's arms, looking over to Sync and sticking her tongue out*
Sync: *narrows his eyes at her but sighs and stands up* good. you have her. now put her outside
Florian: *looks at Kisa* aww... but...
Derek: You can't keep her, Florian.. she'll become a problem one- *gets quiet suddenly and looks in thought*
Kisa: *curls up*
Florian: *hugs her gently and smiles*
Sync: *facepalms* youve gotta be kidding...
:Derek: ... *stares over* What's her name, Florian?
Florian: ...Kisa
Derek: Kisa...? Kisa Sohma?
Kisa: *ears twitch and she looks over to Derek* ...
Florian: you know her, too? :O
Derek: Karol should remember the name, too.. She's the one who saw you the night you got kidnapped.
Kisa: ... *turns and looks to Derek.*
Florian: really!?! :O Kisa!! youre so sweet!! ^^ thanks for helping them find me!!
Sync: *interest perks. so this was the witness to who saw Florian's kidnapper??* ...
Derek: ... I remember looking into her files. She's a patient here. *looks sad* They're researching her... I'm sorry, Kisa. No wonder you're so skittish...
Sync: what are they researching her for? *a little more relaxed knowing she wasnt a wild animal*
Florian: *hugs her* i wont let them hurt you..
Derek: For the reason you see now.. She.. transforms into a tiger.
Sync: so she has a special ability...
Florian: ...theyre mean to her. i cant let her go back!
Derek: ... I don't know what they're doing. I'll certainly look into it though.
Kisa: Don't make me go back there!!! *stares, wide-eyed and scared*
Sync: *shrugs* i would agree if she didnt try to rip my arm off...
Derek: ... You can talk in your tiger form, too? *looks over to Sync, then back to Kisa and Florian* ... I won't make you do anything. I need to look further into what they're doing first..
Florian: *looks at Kisa* see? Dr Stiles isnt so bad
Kisa: ... they want to m-make me transform.... find out why... it's not something I can sh-show like t-that..
Sync: so how do you transform?
Kisa: ....
Kisa: *looks up to him and then looks away*
Sync: *comes over to her and looks at her* so how do you do it??
Derek: Don't force her, Sync..
Sync: im not forcing her. im just curious
Sync: Kisa, if you tell us, maybe we can get you out of that stupid testing
Kisa: .... It's a family curse...
Florian: ooohhh! like being descended from the Fon Master!
Sync: *looks over at Derek* a family curse. now you know and you can tell your people to knock it off...
Derek: ... So, what triggers it?
Kisa: *looks over to Derek and glares, then softens and buries into Florian again* .. Stress, like today...
Florian: aww, poor Kisa!! *hugs her*
Kisa: *curls up to him*
Sync: argh... the crap they do on this island...
Derek: ... Yeah, you're right there. Kisa, I won't let them bother you anymore..
Sync: *grumbling to himself* if they put her through even half the crap i had to... *makes a fist*
Florian: they hurt you, too, Sync?
Sync: ...
Florian: ?
Kisa: ... Are you o-ok? *looking to Sync*
Sync: ...im fine
Florian: im sorry she hurt you, Sync!
Sync: ive had worse...
Kisa: T-that sounds terrible. I'm sorry again, Sync?
Sync: its fine... *heads over towards the door to leave*
Florian: where are you going??
Sync: *looks back at him* theres nothing else i need to do in here...
Derek: ... Do you want to go check on Karol then, Sync?
Sync: ...sure. ill go make sure some giant man-eating tiger hasnt eaten him yet
Derek: All right. I'll be in here for now. *looks to his hand* You need to clean up those cuts first though. Want some help?
Kisa: *buries her head* ... I'm s-sorry..
Sync: i said im fine *flat expression at the others then heads out to check on Prior, deciding Karol would be fine outside anyways*
Florian: *looks at Derek* he got hurt by people, too...??
Derek: .. *nods* He doesn't like to talk about it though, ok?
Florian: ok :X
Derek: So, are you two doing ok, at least?
Kisa: ...
Florian: yep! ive been great!! ^___^
Derek: *smiles a little* Ok, I'm going to go check on Karol then. And Sync.. *to Florian* Let me know if you think of anything you might need.
Florian: yes sir! :O *looks at Kisa* how are you?
Kisa:... I d-don't know.
Florian: huh? what do you mean? are you feeling sick?
Kisa: I am ok. I just feel bad.. about Sync.. and I'm really.. ner..ner.. *curls up against Florian instead of replying further*
Florian: *hugs her gently with a smile* aww, thats really nice that you feel bad for him! hes a tough guy, though :O i dont think hes mad at you about biting him ^^
Kisa: ... he surprised m-me..
Derek: *smiles a little* I'll let him know you didn't mean it. It'll be ok. *thinking: I hope* I'll see you in a bit though, ok? *heads out*
Florian: bye doctor! we'll be fine ^^
Kisa: *watches Derek leave, then relaxes a little more*
Florian: if you feel really bad, maybe you can tell Sync youre sorry :O not many people are nice to him, so he would really appreciate it ^^
Kisa: ... he really did scare me.. but he did not seem to be very n-nice.. But.. he was hurt before me... so.. I feel bad cause I just h-hurt him more..

Sync: *while Florian was away, he looks to Derek* whats a Chinese zodiac?
Derek: The Chinese Zodiac is a ... well, it assigns every person an animal based upon the year they were born. It's horoscopes. And it's suppose to tell you what your personality is liked based upon the year and the animal you fall on, I guess.
Derek: There are twelve animals in the zodiac. One per year for twelve years.
Sync: *thinks about it and leans back in his chair with his arms crossed* well, it obviously doesnt work since Florian and Ion and me would all be the same and we're totally different from each other
Derek: Yeah.. I'm not sure how that works.. But there are a lot of other factors involved that help. Time you were born, Etc.. But you're right.. you, Florian, and Ion would all be identical in zodiac signs.
Sync: hmph, yeah... its stupid... *puts his arms back on the table and lays his head on them again, resting*
Derek: Well, I think the animals are interesting and all. It was created, I believe, as a way to tell time. I don't know... I don't even remember which animal is mine.

Time: May 16th
Description: Kisa, in tiger form, gets too close to the clinic and ends up getting inducted into the Clinic groupies.

Kisa whimpered softly in her seat as the two researchers asked her questions and performed a few skin tests to try and understand her "secret power." It made Kisa sad, because she knew all too well she did not have any power - and the transformation? It was all a curse. She might've said that, too, but these men scared her. A lot. Her eyes were wide, like a small prey staring into the mouth of a hungry predator. She only wanted to go home...
Eventually, one man came out with a syringe, "We'll knock her out and see what can be studied this way.."
She let out a small squeak, nervous and scared, and immediately there was a poof of smoke and when it cleared, her chair was empty. A small striped tail was all they could see running out the door.
Kisa: *in her tiger form, scared, she managed to find an open window and she leapt out of the hospital, running as fast as her four limbs could take her to the forest near the hospital. She wanted to get away. Why were those people so mean and persistent... Akito was going to be pissed... But she ran into the forest and found a thick shrubbed area and crawled under a berry bush to get as low as she could to the ground and hope those people in white didn't see her* ...
Karol: *was showing Florian a little about bushes today, even though it lead them a bit far from the clinic for what Derek or Sync would have liked...* see these berries? theyre edible and you can eat them raw, right off the bush! *plucks a few small, red berries from a large, leafy bush* i call this plant the "hyper energy super duper outlandish special poofy bush with red berries"! its a great name, huh?
Florian: ooo!!! *picks some berries for himself and eats some* thats a great name, too, Karol! youre amazing! :O
Karol: hehehe! thanks, Florian! the amazing Karol Capel knows his plants!
Florian: these are really good! we should bring some back with us to share with the others whenever they visit!
Karol: *reaches into his amazing, illogical bag, digs around a little and then pulls out a small wicker basket and hands it to Florian* here, you can use this!
Florian: okay! *takes the basket and starts picking berries*
Karol: *pulls out another basket* ill take the right and you take the left and we'll meet on the other side!

Kisa: *curled up, she was attempting to go to sleep. She needed to get back to her apartment, but she couldn't bring herself to head out there yet. ... though it wasn't going to be good to stay out here either. If she calmed down, she'd be stuck out here... naked. Just the thought of having to streak back home kept her stressed though. ... And then, she heard the bushes around her start to rustle. Scared it might be one of the researchers, she scooted back further so she wouldn't be seen, getting as small as possible. Her bright orange eyes stared to watch who it might be, hoping they wouldn't see her.*
Florian: *was picking berries from the large bush rather briskly. he wanted to get as many as he possibly could before meeting up with Karol again. then something caught his eye. there was something orange in the big green and red bush! he looks more closely to inspect it and sees its... a kitty!!* ohhh!!! *his eyes get big*
Kisa: *tries not to move, but stares at this figure that was by the bushes. She was caught.. Where would she go? How many were there? .. she waited a little longer, but the muscles in her back legs started tensing in case she needed to go* ...
Florian: *gets closer and looks with big, curious green eyes, then smiles big and friendly to her* hello! look! im collecting berries! theyre really good! do you want some
Kisa: *growls, although it wasn't as ferocious as she'd like it to be. Those eyes looked familiar... the rest of her attacker's face was covered by leaves of the bush*
Florian: aww, dont growl! im not going to hurt you! *soft voice and pushes some leaves away*
Kisa: *watches, the fur on the back of her neck standing on edge, but then his face came into view* ... Ion?
Florian: *surprised look, not expecting the animal tiger to talk, but then looks really amazed* whoaaa!!! you can talk! thats awesome!!
*reaches in and picks up Kisa and hugs her* aww, youre so soft!!
Kisa: *... this wasn't Ion. Crap* Mrrrowwwwwww.. *she tries to get out of his hug, but she kept her claws sheathed, and then looked to him with scared eyes* ...

Florian: youll see ^^ *comes out of the forest where they are on the edge of the small clearing near the currently invisible clinic and starts walking towards it* its a special hidden safe place!

Florian: yeah! nobody knows about it besides me and my friends! *walks closer and the clinic suddenly appears in front of them and he goes in through the front door* here we are!
Kisa: *relaxed again, she looks around at everything curiously* ... This doesn't smell like that place... *her ears perk back up*
Florian: we have a fridge and some cupboards with snacks! are you hungry?

Florian: okay! *sets her down on the table and goes to a cupboard and grabs some bread, bringing it back to the table and then going to the fridge to find some tuna and comes back* sandwiches are really good! :O ill make you one ^^
Kisa: *her entire body seems to perk up, happier, at the smells* .. th-thank you.
Florian: *starts making the sandwich* youre welcome ^^
Karol: *finally caught up and comes through the door and sees Kisa on the table* Florian... *worn out a little since Florian's pace was so wuick* wh-why is that tiger on the table!?

Sync: *cant help but to snicker at that* haha, a horse... so you eat grass all day and people use you as transportation
Derek: ... Well, the last half seems to be true at least. I'm always holding someone on my back
Sync: because youre a doctor?
Derek: Well, kinda. I meant it, rather, that I'm always there to help hold you higher.
Sync: *rests his arms and head on the table again while looking at Derek* ...i dont ride on your back

Derek: *smirks and reaches over to ruffle his hair* I work like a horse, too. *looks back to his paper* The other animals we haven't named are.. Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Goat, and Pig.
Sync: dragons arent real animals
Derek: Well, no, but they used it for the zodiac nonetheless. *thinks, then looks off to where Kisa and Florian went* So, she has a relative for each zodiac animal?
Sync: thats what she said...
Derek: Huh.. That's a wide variety of animals. I wonder how they live with it. And why she's the only one that got caught.
Sync: if it was like my family, maybe the others arent around anymore
Derek: That's possible.. I wonder if we should ask..
Sync: they sure are taking a long time... *annoyed*
Kisa: *pads back in not long after Sync asked, with a large shirt tied around her neck. On all four paws, she pounced up and onto a chair, although away from Sync and Prior*
Florian: *followed her into the room* now she will be all dressed whenever she transforms back!
Derek: That's good. I'm glad you found her some clothes.
Florian: so when will it happen??? *impatient and really wants to see*
Kisa: It.. it differs every time... *looks away. In a building full of males, she was really really nervous - which probably helped to keep her in her tiger form* I n-never know before..
Sync: *isnt as interested in seeing this as Florian* calm down, Florian. its not that big of a deal
Florian: but... but ive never seen an animal change into a person before!!! :O
Sync: me neither, but itll happen when it happens so stop pushing it... *grumpy look*

Sync: *looks at Derek* i dont remember there being a bird...

Derek: ... A seahorse as a dragon. That's a little odd, but I guess he can't really be a dragon..
Sync: so how do you break the curse?
Kisa: *shakes her head* ... No one knows.. Not even Kureno. The head of our family won't let us find out..
Sync: so youre stuck with it...!? psh, thats as stupid as the Score...
Kisa: N-no... There is a w-way.. but we're not allowed to find out... W-we can't disown her, or disobey. She is the G-God of the curse..
Sync: so you and all of your cousins are a slave to it... is that how it is!?
Kisa: ... W-we... slave? No... no? *hadn't thought of it like that* We are a c-close family. Cursed with the animals, and brought to the banquet like the story.. and our head of the f-family.. *starts rubbing her cheek without thinking about it* S-she .. she is there for us, too..
Sync: *grumbles to himself* ..."she's there for you", huh? so was the Fon Master...
Florian: Sync! dont say bad things about Ion!
Derek: ... *looks to Kisa* What's wrong?
Kisa: ... *stops rubbing at her cheek* H-huh?
Derek: ... What happened?
Kisa: .....
Florian: are... are you changing!?
Kisa: N-no... It's just.. thinking about.. well.. she hit me pretty badly b-b-before..
Sync: ... *narrows his eyes at Kisa* how can you think someone who hurts you would care anything about you at all??

Sync: dont be stupid. if you dont want someone to rule over your life then go against it
Sync: if i didnt go against what was determined for me, id be dead by now
Kisa: *looks to him and just stares. It wasn't disbelief, but something more like amazement. And then, suddenly, there was a popping noise and smoke filled the area where she was. The chair she was in fell back and she scrambled to get dressed before the smoke disappeared. When the smoke disappeared, there she stood, small and with short orange hair and light orange eyes, blushing* ...
Florian: whoa!! :O
Sync: *looks up from the suddenness of the transformation* ...
Kisa: *is looking to Sync* ... T-Thank you.. I.. I know you're r-right... *doesn't even seem fazed by the transformation.*

Kisa: *blushes a little, then looks to Florian* The shirt fit me pretty well after all.
Florian: y-yeah!!! it fits perfect :O
Kisa: *smiles and walk over towards Florian* ... Just try not to hug me at all, otherwise I'll turn back.
Derek: *watches her and smirks before looking back to Sync*
Florian: aww, but what if i want to hug you! D:
Sync: *seems to just be quietly watching* ...
Kisa: Well, then we have to start this all over again..

Prior: *jumps off his lap and goes down the hall a little ways, stopping at the first room and looking back*

Sync: *looks back suspiciously at Kisa and then continues walking* sure... *turns into the room and falls on the bed with a sigh*
Prior: *hops on the bed next to him and lies down*
Florian: *smiles* hes recovering well!
Derek: *nods* He keeps getting better. I'm really glad... It's a pain to want to sleep all the time, but it really does help in the long run..
Florian: and he has a dog!!! ^____^
Derek: *chuckles* Yes.. I really think those two are good for each other.
Florian: Sync always needs more friends :O i think hes finally happy!
Florian: he was always alone back home...
