Runny nose, swollen eyes, and a cough that just showed up this morning. AT 5 A.M. ARGH!
Thank the deities that I don't have to make an effort at all at school this morning, because my student is going to be taking his end of the year test and will be leaving me free to read La Reine dans le Palais des Courants d'Air. (Third book in the Millennium Series, by Stieg Larssen. I strongly suggest you check it out. Yes, it's been translated to English, too.)
Also, I read The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zanfon. It kept me glued and I read it from start to finish in two days, give or take. It had been sitting on my bookshelf since my birthday, and was I ever so glad I'd tackled it again. I haven't been on a reading spree ever since I read the first Millennium books back in November, and this one was a great way to kick it off.
