the team dynamic can get really really fucked up when it consists of three alpha personalities. we each think we know what we're doing and we each want to make sure that what we believe is shared by the rest of the team. while agreement will ultimately be reached in the end, the process is a long, arduous journey with what feels to be little communication. each of us thinks we know better than the other, and resume our work in that direction. sometimes i feel like this environment makes the projects better because we're each really pushing for what we believe is ideal- and then sometimes i just feel like a lot of precious time is wasted arguing. or politically speaking, pretending like we're not arguing; discussing.

i'm feeling like i need a little sip sip. so does josh.
