Deadlands Reloaded: And... Action!

Apr 18, 2010 11:11

My Dioramas Mexican fort and village finally saw some action on Friday in our DLR game.

We sneaked into the fort to free the rebel leader and take the commandant hostage, but of course half-way through the whole thing turned into a large-scale shootout. It was great fun and took the whole session. One of the Mexicans turned into a loathsome monster and "swallowed" my character, only to be cut apart by our samurai's katana - luckily the sword stroke miraculously missed my preacher within the monster's body.

And we learned that Capitan Pedro Cruz (the rebel leader) had been taken by the "Black Coach", a mysterious carriage said to be a "thing of the devil" by the locals. The story will continues.

Unfortunately after a few starting shots, I completely forgot about the camera - as I always do. So you'll only find this setup picture and a shot of our group sneaking into the fort in my gallery.
