So apart from the wonderful news announced this last weekend at the San Diego ComiCon, that the love of my life, Katie Cook will be one of the 4 artists drawing the new Star wars Clone Wars web comic. This will be accompanying the new Clone wars TV show on the cartoon Network this fall. After each episode, you will be able to go to Starwars.com and read more of the story. The Wonderful Tom Hodges, Grant Gould, and Jeff Carlisle will also be drawing these comics.
However, as amazing as she is, I am here to toot my own horn a little bit. A video that I shot much of and edited every second of has recently won 2 Telly awards and an Aegis award:
The 2007-2008 student recruitment video for UM SPH has received several national awards, including 2 Telly Awards and an Aegis Award. Titled "Public Health and the Michigan Difference," the 7-minute film was narrated by CNN's Sanjay Gupta, directed by Alec Friedman, and produced by the UM SPH Office of Communications in cooperation with the Office of Academic Affairs.

Alec and I have been working together for a few years now and are also working on a play we hope to get onto Broadway in the next several months. We make a good team, and will hopefully be working together for a while.
Note: though it's official, I am having trouble finding it at the telly awards website. I have contacted them and hopefully it will be resolved pretty soon.
that's about it. Still recovering from SDCC, Disneyland and my first earthquake. It was a good week.
