The dress symbolism works in so many ways. Its breathtaking. Her independence and the reworking of the dress over and over again are great images. Yeah for Anthy the seamstress ^^

*grins* Thanks for reading!

I miss writing properly tiny drabbles that focus on specific details like this. I've got to get back in the habit! ^^;

Okay, as not only a lover of the end of the series and Anthy's breaking free but also a sewing hobbyist, all I can say is GAH.

GAH.

♥ muchly.

The making and remaking also reminds me of Penelope from The Odyssey, which is also an interesting thought.

I'm glad you liked this! I've always been fond of that pink dress, and it was interesting to drabble about. (And hey, I *was* thinking of Penelope. Good call!)

Gorgeous imagery. I love the comparison to amber, and the description of the colors of what she used to wear. Beautiful job.

Thanks for reading! You picked out the parts that I liked the best, actually... I always think of creatures trapped in amber when I think of this series, oddly enough; and I'm absolutely enamored with writing color descriptions. *^^*
