Quick update
Sorry I haven't been able to read anyone's journals that much or post anything...I've barely been able to post in my Xanga.
Field camp for geology went very well--way better than I imagined it would. Most of the people were awesome and made for a great time. Even better, I got together with my boyfriend Adam there. Long, funny story...I might tell it sometime. It has to do with the Hall Inn bar and Lakota indians.
I'm currently in Indianapolis, IN carrying out my Southern California Research Center internship which I like very much. It's been interesting and I'm even more interested to see where it ends up. I can't wait to see the final product and the map of all the work I (and we) have done.
Next weekend my parents are coming down to visit me and my mom's main goal is to get to the zoo on the other side of the river. Can do, even though I'm not a big fan of zoos.
The next weekend, or around then, hopefully Adam will visit. It's been nearly two weeks since I last saw him and I've been getting more and more anxious with each day. I miss him a lot...we've talked a lot by phone but...you know, it's not the same. I don't like long distance relationships (no one does, of course) but I can get through it. All the better when I see him!
Early August, might visit Ohio to see my relatives!! August 19 and I'm back in Cary, then Macomb for school.
I'll stop there, but there's more :)
