Home sweet home

Bad me. *shuns* I haven't updated here in quite a while.

This afternoon, my dad drove all the way south since 5:30 am to pick me up at 10, just to drive all the way back up. It's so thoughtful. He said I shouldn't take the train because I'd have too much stuff (he was right, I'm bringing home a lot of stuff permanently, cleaning up my room a bit).

Yesterday when everyone left, the whole place was an eerie ghost town. I watched Volcano and Dante's Peak to keep my sanity, and actually got a great night's sleep.

Until my neighbor's bloody alarm clock goes off at 7 am, ugh. And she's not there to turn it off, so I had to call the front desk because it was damned loud. They also started cutting back on the heat already, so my shower was luke warm to cold, and I couldn't get the heater to boost up.

Meh, I'm home. I haven't been here since I left for Rainier, so it's really weird. Nothing is exactly how I left it. And I know for sure now that I really hate the suburbs.

Lacey is adorable, but she is so pudgy now! She's been eating Kibbles and Bits like no tomorrow. Her pains are getting worse, but she was so excited to see me, she actually jumped up and down a few steps to go outside with me. Apparently she's been really really depressed and lethargic. As far as I've noticed, she looks pretty ok.

It's great seeing her. And it's lovely having a REAL dinner--home cooked spaghetti, delicious.

Over and out until whenever.
