Guess who's back? Back again?!
THIS POST IS NOT FRIENDS ONLY!!! Why? Because I promised a lot of people that AREN'T on my F-list that I'd post all the pics I took at the random photoshoots I was at (a few of the Bleach photoshoot and a shit load from the Kingdom Hearts 2 photoshoot), along with posting ALL of the pics that I was fortunate enough to grab. There is also a CONSIDERABLY LARGE con report about what I did (which wasn't much, depends on what I seriously remember, but I had a lot of conversations XD).
SO, under this cut is EVERYTHING about Animazement.
It is EXTREMELY image heavy and the images are their ORIGINAL SIZE, so those of you with dial-up...go have a snack.
There are also captions under some of the pics...please do not be offended if I am a smart-ass about your costume because I know each and everyone of you worked hard on them. The captions are just my opinions (therefore, disreguard them if they're mean).
I'm also sorry for the red-eye in some/most of the pics...
Friday:
I had gotten up about 11:30 am thanks to my dad and actually set to getting dressed as Roxas as I usually go up to a convention in a costume. I was unable to spike my hair because both my parents told me to do it at the con (that didn't happen as Roxas). About 10 minutes BEFORE I left for Klot's house the mail came....FINAL FORM SORA HAD ARRIVED!!!!! Yes, that costume was TAKEN! The 2 hour drive was rather long o.O and we had taken 2 cars, Klot's car and Robby's car. When we got there we had a little issue with the room, and I had decided to go in to check up on Klot and Robby...not 3 seconds walking through the first set of sliding glass doors a girl comes up to me and goes "Can I hug you?" Lol! It was so great XD I saw my ex there as well (which I wasn't expecting) o.o and we stood around and talked as the room situation was fixed. I ran into a Hayner and a Seifer from KH2 along with a Namine XD I was glomped by the Namine because I had been the only Roxas she had seen so far. I think there were only 2 at the whole convention (me Friday, and 1 Saturday).
About 6 pm I had enough with my Roxas costume and switched into my Final Form Sora, and no I didn't spike my hair...and no...I didn't have any keyblades. I was stopped I don't know how many times or glomped by girls...there was one girl that came up to me and hugged me and went "I'm you're biggest fan!"...*squees* XD I believe I was the only Sora that night believe it or not o.O
I did do Kareoke that night...I ended up doing Simple and Clean...along with 3 other people o.O If I would've known that many people would be picking that song...I would've done my original plan of doing Passion (KH2 Japanese opening)...I had thought that Passion would be more popular because of KH2s release this year. I also would've changed my song...but I didn't know if that was allowed. If I randomly "counted", I would've ended up in 4th place out of either 15 or 20 entrants. I was also stopped and told that I was the one person that sung that song the best. Next year...I am NOT doing that song >>;;
I went to Anime Hell for a little while and then left to put what I won (some sort of Inuyasha figure and a $10 certificate at one of the shops in the dealers room X3) back in the room. I then went and walked around to snag a few pictures. Ended up walking back with a furry character and watched some more of Anime Hell before fully leaving and going walking around again. Believe it or not...I wasn't pleased with this year's Anime Hell.
Dealer's room: Nothing was bought...we ended up getting there a little too late to go check it out
Friday Pics:
The girl in the white was the 1 that glomped me when I just barely set foot into the hotel. She felt really bad because no one knew who she was (she was out of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX). I don't know that series as well as I do the other...but I LOVED the outfit. Her friend's outfit was lovely too X3
The start of Bleach cosplayers...I liked his pink kimono.
The funny angle is because I wanted to get the whole weapon into the shot...those hallways ain't that big to back up with >>;
The second Shinsui (that's not spelled right...I know it...). His kimono was lovely because the material matched his haori (I love the silk-like material X3)
Despite the fact that the lighting is horrible...he's the hooded nobody that I seemed to have run into EVERYWHERE! He was fun to talk to ^-^
Despite how much I hate this character in the show...that Zanpakutou is KICK ASS!

Saturday:
Well...Since I had stopped taking pictures on Friday, but got NO SLEEP WHAT-SO-EVER...I ended up climbing into my Hitsugaya costume about 5 am while everyone was still asleep. I ended up downstairs around 6:15 am and ended up running into evenstar1 (from cosplay.com) as the Final Form of Xemnas! I seriously squee-ed because I was afraid I was going to miss seeing that costume in person. Since she had a Byakuya with her, I hung out with her group, and I was allowed to borrow a keyblade (a little more on that later).Those of you that got pics of me as Hitsugaya better be glad, because about an hour before the scheduled Bleach photoshoot (11:30 was the photoshoot...but that would make it around 10:30)...I got out of it because the wig gave me a headache. SO...I changed back into Final Form Sora...with no keyblades and no spiked hair. When I came back downstairs after changing, I saw "my" Byakuya and Renji and snagged a pic after shouting "Git back down there Byakuya!" because she was getting up XD; I found the other Byakuya and OMG! THEY HAD A HOT GLUE GUN! The reason why I say that is because one of the buttons of Sora's glove kept popping off. So I followed him back to his hotel room and fixed my glove and was allowed to carry around the Ultima Weapon Keyblade! I felt very honored because I was told that Animazement would've been the debut for this keyblade. I was honored to be the one to debut it.
So...after not participating in the Bleach photoshoot, but snaggin some pics, the group went to lunch and came back...THAT is when Klot helped spike my hair! It was so hilarious to run around with anti-gravity hair XD I was stopped SO MANY TIMES as I had the Ultima Weapon Keyblade with me at all times. Every time I was stopped by 1 person....like 50 billion people wanted to snap the pic...so I had to hold the damn keyblade in that specific pose for like 5 minutes...that keyblade is HEAVY.
We did go to dinner, and then split up again since I wanted to do some running around while the contest was going on. They went swimming. I was actually flagged down by Xemnas to watch the cosplay contest outside of the auditorium on a big screen. They left about 15 minutes before the contest ended to do something (I think it was to go eat) so they left EVERYTHING with me (including Xemnas' gloves, a Mickey plushie, the Oblivion Keyblade, the Bond of Flame Keyblade, the Ultima Weapon Keyblade (but that 1 was "mine"), Wisdom Form Sora's wig, and Xemnas' light sabers o.O). When the contest breaked to tally the scores...everyone started to leave and I was slightly panicking because Xemnas hadn't come back...so what'd I do? I carried EVERYTHING into the lobby, but I did run into Xemnas because she was coming back to either get the stuff XD or coming to check to see if I didn't ditch the cosplay props. I was able to dual wield Oblivion for a while, and some got pics of me and Xemnas "fighting"...that was when I discovered that Oblivion was FREAKISHLY heavy o.O I was able to switch to Bond of Flame as the Wisdom Sora of their group took Oblivion. The KH2 photoshoot was fun because TONS of people gathered around inside as we had gathered and wanted pictures XD We then moved it outside, and that's where most of todays pictures come from (THANK YOU CHRIS FOR TAKING THEM FOR ME WITH MY CAMERA!).
After the photoshoot, and after I thanked Xemnas for letting me borrow her keyblades, Chris and I went back to the room and chatted. Then everyone came back after I had my shower to wash the shit outta my hair, and we played Super Smash Bros. Melee...I so got my ass kicked because I was SO exhausted. I gave up after a while because I usually owned everyone when I played Marth, but I seriously sucked. I went to sleep and as far as I know...they played Phantasy Star Online.
Dealer's Room: Bought Kingdom Hearts vol 3 (yay I found it!), some chibi Bleach figurines (used that $10 certificate), a Hitsugaya plushie, and a Kingdom Hearts 2 wallscroll

I was talking with her and her friends early in the morning. (about 6 am)...I was talking to her friend...and apparently, she fell asleep...she looked so adorable, and we didn't want to leave her there...but she was safe.

I think she was the only Kingdom Hearts Kairi there...there were PLENTY from the second game.

I loved her shoes...but when I was up close, looking at her costume...it looked really tattered around some of the edges...
When he found me in the game room with my borrowed keyblade, his friend was like "Hey, Sora, Roxas says he can kick your ass." so we locked keyblades gently while some took pics...and then I kicked his ass in Guitar Hero X3 "Dude, Roxas, Sora totally kicked your ass!"

As a matter of fact...I was the LAST ONE to wake up. I dressed in regular clothes and wore my 10th Division Captain Haori around since I didn't feel like cosplaying (no way). We didn't do much today as we were headed home instead. I did get a few pictures...so that was good.

Yeah, I changed out of Roxas...this Kairi was running around with her Keyblade and asked for a pic...I wanted my own so for both she had glomped me, and I got to hold her keyblade.

Saturday:
Well...Since I had stopped taking pictures on Friday, but got NO SLEEP WHAT-SO-EVER...I ended up climbing into my Hitsugaya costume about 5 am while everyone was still asleep. I ended up downstairs around 6:15 am and ended up running into evenstar1 (from cosplay.com) as the Final Form of Xemnas! I seriously squee-ed because I was afraid I was going to miss seeing that costume in person. Since she had a Byakuya with her, I hung out with her group, and I was allowed to borrow a keyblade (a little more on that later).Those of you that got pics of me as Hitsugaya better be glad, because about an hour before the scheduled Bleach photoshoot (11:30 was the photoshoot...but that would make it around 10:30)...I got out of it because the wig gave me a headache. SO...I changed back into Final Form Sora...with no keyblades and no spiked hair. When I came back downstairs after changing, I saw "my" Byakuya and Renji and snagged a pic after shouting "Git back down there Byakuya!" because she was getting up XD; I found the other Byakuya and OMG! THEY HAD A HOT GLUE GUN! The reason why I say that is because one of the buttons of Sora's glove kept popping off. So I followed him back to his hotel room and fixed my glove and was allowed to carry around the Ultima Weapon Keyblade! I felt very honored because I was told that Animazement would've been the debut for this keyblade. I was honored to be the one to debut it.
So...after not participating in the Bleach photoshoot, but snaggin some pics, the group went to lunch and came back...THAT is when Klot helped spike my hair! It was so hilarious to run around with anti-gravity hair XD I was stopped SO MANY TIMES as I had the Ultima Weapon Keyblade with me at all times. Every time I was stopped by 1 person....like 50 billion people wanted to snap the pic...so I had to hold the damn keyblade in that specific pose for like 5 minutes...that keyblade is HEAVY.
We did go to dinner, and then split up again since I wanted to do some running around while the contest was going on. They went swimming. I was actually flagged down by Xemnas to watch the cosplay contest outside of the auditorium on a big screen. They left about 15 minutes before the contest ended to do something (I think it was to go eat) so they left EVERYTHING with me (including Xemnas' gloves, a Mickey plushie, the Oblivion Keyblade, the Bond of Flame Keyblade, the Ultima Weapon Keyblade (but that 1 was "mine"), Wisdom Form Sora's wig, and Xemnas' light sabers o.O). When the contest breaked to tally the scores...everyone started to leave and I was slightly panicking because Xemnas hadn't come back...so what'd I do? I carried EVERYTHING into the lobby, but I did run into Xemnas because she was coming back to either get the stuff XD or coming to check to see if I didn't ditch the cosplay props. I was able to dual wield Oblivion for a while, and some got pics of me and Xemnas "fighting"...that was when I discovered that Oblivion was FREAKISHLY heavy o.O I was able to switch to Bond of Flame as the Wisdom Sora of their group took Oblivion. The KH2 photoshoot was fun because TONS of people gathered around inside as we had gathered and wanted pictures XD We then moved it outside, and that's where most of todays pictures come from (THANK YOU CHRIS FOR TAKING THEM FOR ME WITH MY CAMERA!).
After the photoshoot, and after I thanked Xemnas for letting me borrow her keyblades, Chris and I went back to the room and chatted. Then everyone came back after I had my shower to wash the shit outta my hair, and we played Super Smash Bros. Melee...I so got my ass kicked because I was SO exhausted. I gave up after a while because I usually owned everyone when I played Marth, but I seriously sucked. I went to sleep and as far as I know...they played Phantasy Star Online.
Dealer's Room: Bought Kingdom Hearts vol 3 (yay I found it!), some chibi Bleach figurines (used that $10 certificate), a Hitsugaya plushie, and a Kingdom Hearts 2 wallscroll

I loved her shoes...but when I was up close, looking at her costume...it looked really tattered around some of the edges...
When he found me in the game room with my borrowed keyblade, his friend was like "Hey, Sora, Roxas says he can kick your ass." so we locked keyblades gently while some took pics...and then I kicked his ass in Guitar Hero X3 "Dude, Roxas, Sora totally kicked your ass!"

As a matter of fact...I was the LAST ONE to wake up. I dressed in regular clothes and wore my 10th Division Captain Haori around since I didn't feel like cosplaying (no way). We didn't do much today as we were headed home instead. I did get a few pictures...so that was good.

Tsuki_Hime off of cosplay.com Out of all of the Hitsugaya cosplayers, her wig was the best.
I didn't recognize the people until AFTER I walked away, but the one I know the best out of the group is (actually the one in the Inuyasha cosplay) evenstar1 malinn (Sesshoumaru) off of cosplay.com The Inuyasha is the one that made the Ultima Weapon Keyblade and allowed me to borrow it.
I don't watch Gundam Seed: Destiny or whatever season this is (I know it's a later one), but I really liked the outfit.
I was slightly upset about the convention...THEY HAD NO DECENT YAOI SMUT!!
I'm also still seriously exhausted...so I'm going to shower and probably crash for the night.
