Jobs and Stufff
Crap, I've been cranky again....I'm tired of being in a bad mood on the weekend
I haven't had too much of what I call free time lately. It seems forever since I have had a weekend where I could just head off into the hills on a whim to hike, take photos, or pan for gold. I miss it. Lately my weekends have been pre-planned, starting off with doing laundry and packing for my next week of work. I guess like everyone else, I just wish I had more time.
I applied for an awesome job in Logan. The position is for a full time Range Technician for the Department of Agriculture at the Poisonous Plants Laboratory. I'm kind of excited, I got a letter from the Department of Ag stating that my resume' passed the first filter at the headquarters on the east coast and is now being looked at closer by the hiring committee. I'll keep you posted. WEEEE!
I got a call during the week from my "sister-cousin" She just got a job in Portland as a quality control agent for a wholesale nursery. I'm so excited for her too. She only deserves the best.
I miss my friends. It's going to be weird not going back to school in the fall. It really makes me want to go on and get my masters or PhD.
I'm thinking of planning a get together at our family cabin in August for plant nerds and some friends.
