Business as unusual.

To be completely stereotypical, I hate doctors, or at least the ones in Poughkeepsie. Condescending, trite, smug. I will never let the ones at Vassar Brothers hospital near my wife again. She is alive, but not comfortably, or even extremely well and all due to the diligent hand of Dr. Krumholtz and his urethroscope. How does a small 3mm kidney stone procedure go from an outpatient ambulatory procedure to a full blown hematoma complete with blood transfusion and excruciating pain? You tell me.

All in all, this was a true test of one's will, patience, and faith; or lack thereof for some of us. Alana was put through unnecessary pain that should not be bestowed upon any living creature. Fortunately, at least my family, one of my friends, and our church were kind enough to help guide us through it. It made all the difference and I attribute her radical turnaround to those people completely. Thank you, sincerely.
