Ok. This is what happened to me. When I opened the link again, it says traffic exhausted so I waited for a few minutes. When I came back I saw the download button and immediately clicked it then after a few seconds it went back to traffic exhausted again. ((but i downloaded the file already)) So i suppose you should immediately click the download button before the error appears.
