What is it with that particular muse and elevators? I swear, from day one, he was all about the elevator.

Because the elevator is SEXY.

He'd do it just to be 1) an ass, 2) show that he own's Youji, and 3) because he Saw that if he did it, Youji would get kicked out when Aya throws a fit, then he can grab Youji and keep him permanently as a pet.

He'd do it for the love of the chaos it would cause in the time-possibility lines. I'm personally convinced that even five seconds into the future is a long enough view to be pretty bored if things don't get kicked up now and then.
