So long 2006....
While this hasn't been the greatest year, there were still plenty of amazing things that happened.
I am glad I have nice memories to look back on.
Highlights for me include : r_lex and mermaid23s wedding. Congrats guys!
visiting BC, and starting down the path of healing myself =D
I know I am kicking off the year with a few rough patches. But the only thing to be done is think positively =)
In every negative situation look for the opportunity.
Today I have made baking and cooking to do, as well as a spot of house cleaning.
Family is dropping by. And although they all last min changed plans (because they were supposed to come tomorrow) I am really glad I don't have to entertain family on New Years day (just in case!).
As for NYE well we have nibbles, drinks and a few places we can go.
So this year we're playing by ear and going to see where the night takes us.
