Ouchies!
So weekend got off to excellent start (sort of).
Have my apt all set up, unpacked and looking sweet. All that's left is to get rid of the last of my moms stuff, and hang pics on walls.
YAY!
Blairs friend Chris (old old friend, they were babies together) swung by for what was supposed to be an afternoon beer.
Well it turned into quite the little party.
We played mad video games, watched Dr Strangelove it was great.
Then Chris who has hitched across Canada twice regaled us with tales from the road.
Sat was a bit hung over, UGH!
but we turned it around late in the day.
Hung out in front of fans, as it is hotter than hell in this apt.
Then (way late, but anyways) I had to make food stuffs for a family dinner.
It was super good, and the lovely sarradis was able to join in.
megalon75 I am so sorry about anime night confusion! Also even more sorry I couldn't really talk.
However the good news is End of Evangelion is finished. And I can make you copies of the un edited versions.
Today started out good.
Cleaned house, cleaned self and was just going to cheer up my mom (who had some bad news last night). And then was heading to kelmendi get together
Then DOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!
I stepped outside onto concrete steps and went flying!
I bounced on the top stair twice, then slid down the rest.
Oh the agony and shock.
To my horror some young twenty something watched this all happen. He stared at me while I cried on the sidewalk in pain...then he lit a smoke and left
F#@% you buddy! if I ever see you again *shakes fist*.
Currently I am standing in front of the computer contemplating going to emergency room.
I am in SO much pain. However I don't think the pain is worth the 12+ hour long wait for Tylenol 3s.
But there is also the matter of the massive amounts of swelling, and my left leg feels funny.
Will have a snack and think some more.
ouise and kelmendi I am so sorry I didn't get to come over.
However given the circumstances I am certain you understand.
