It started out as Paru trying to get a costume for herself for her idol debut, or finding fabrics to make one like the one Yuuko lent her, but given that, in the current store, Neneko has been topped into some nigh-scandalous gothloli-looking thing, she may have gotten slightly distracted.
Come bother, just beware lest you get topped into costumes too.*
