Fellow Firefox users - please visit
http://www.mozilla.org/ and upgrade to Firefox version 1.0.4 when you have a chance. An update was released Wednesday night. For those of you who may have heard about a theoretical security exploit over the weekend or early this week, the latest upgrade fixes this problem. As always, thanks to the Mozilla Foundation for patching this so quickly before any real exploits were seen "in the wild."
OK, that's my public service announcement. I'll write more later but I'm dog tired right now.
Oh, OK, two more things for
das_uber...
1) Check out this
back surgery, of which you may have heard; it is pretty amazing.
2) If you don't mind considering this question: are there any notable dangers to me taking an Omega-3/-6 supplement daily and, if not, are 1200 mg b.i.d. reasonable? Alternatively, I could attempt to research this myself. I do feel certain that the suggesion on the bottle that someone might take two caplets twice daily is ridiculous...
3) Ha! I lied! I'm hoping I actually get to see you the next time you're in C'ville (perhaps this weekend) rather than just knowing that you are passing through :o)
