...'Cause I wanted to see if this guy really was the same guy who was talking about being a one-man thief army or not. What better way to do that than to let him think that we're willing to let him stay?

Besides, now he'll go straight to Xanatos when it comes to proper living arrangements, as well as a job, and if he does what I think he'll do...Billy's not gonna be able to do any thieving for quite a few weeks, if not months! ^_^

Though now I'll need to get in touch with Xanatos and let him in on this plan...!

Yeah, I noticed a few minutes ago-'Jinx!' (imitates his spitting, giggles) He'd be awesome when it comes to rodeos, but him being who he is...might get in the way of any future job offers.

I meant when it comes to H.I.V.E. Fortune telling's quite noble, but what happens if one of your other 'teammates' were to show up here? They'd expect you to get back with them, and...as a part of our family, I wouldn't want that to happen.

They wouldn't want me to join them again Hay Lin, if what I've heard is true I basically stabbed them in the back and joined the titans not too far down the line from where I came from. If the rest of them were as mad as Billy I may actually be scared of them.

Doing whatever it takes to protect people you care about makes you part of our family-even though it does take a while to realize it at first.

You don't have to be afraid of them; if they do try to hurt you somewhere down the line, and that include good ol' Billy...we'll back you up. 'Cause that's what family does when one of them is in trouble. ^^

*cough cough* Strictly speaking they weren't exactly family...like brothers at best...and only two of them.

The last "family" I had were the circus folks who raised me...and I hated them so the bar is set pretty low darling.
