ok,
so my leave days are going by too fast, but the best has yet to come.
many things have changed since i have got back, many good but many bad.
Good things:
Much more respect not only from my friends and family but from total streangers.
Friends wanting nothing but to be around me. which is a good thing but fucking annoying when u come home from something like bootcamp and want to relax but u know that ur friends deserver your time as well.
my uniforms are being cleaned by someone else
i get to do what i want.
Bad things:
conforming back to cilivian life is just as hard as bootcamp its self.
i was so comfortable on a clean marine base and being around people who take pride in being in shape, clean and squared-away. i came back to what i used to live in and its fucking disgusting, people have no manners, they are stright nasty. and it frankly pisses me off. that is why i want to go back. man. send me back to the way it used to be. motivate me.
i'm not talking about having a clean room and all that other trash, its the way the hold them selfs,its the false sence of pride that they have for things. It just disgusts me.
