Howdy folks and another edition of Throwing Rocks.
Today we are entering hallowed ground, one of the best rock songs of all time. This song has been covered and covered and then covered again. Lately it has had a resurgence, so I think we better check why this thing is still moving.
Kind of like a monster or lab experiment gone awry.
Journey was a MEGA band in the 80's, mostly on the distinctive nose vocals of Steve Perry. He could belt a song out like no other nose singer could. These guys were living proof that you could be butt ugly and still rock like there is no tomorrow. The song is Don't Stop Believing...and try not to sing along will you? It's distracting when I am trying to comment ok?

I love it when songs use this kind of pigeon shorthand in the lyrics. Like living is too difficult of a word to use so let's help the folks out and call it livin'. I will have you know mister Bon Jovi used the whole word Living and that song is STILL playing on the radio somewhere.
