Even though I was bad this week, and didn't exercise at ALL, I still lost 1/2 a pound. Not great, but better than the other. It was just such a crazy, stressful week. Anyhow, I bought myself two new DVD's - Yoga for Wimps (poses for the flexability impaired) and Bellydancing for Wimps (moves for the agility impaired) Lol. It should be fun, and both something I really want to learn. Hopefully the yoga will help with the stress too. And hey, bellydancing cannot be a bad thing...lol.
OH, and I finally tried the C2 coke, and I actually like it, so I'll be changing over to that once I've used up all the coke I have. Half the carbs and calories. Good times, I tell you. ;o)
