Well I don't have much of an update except to say I haven't been working out like I had planned because I've been working lots of overtime lately and when I get done at the office, it's already 6:15 and my classes start at 6:30 so I'll never make it. And then I'm so tired or I have more work to do, so I don't do any exercise at home. Plus...I'm sitting here watching a 1986 hockey game and eating skittles. ;)
I was bad for lunch today, I had a pizza from California Pizza Kitchen (my boss treated, so I couldn't pass it up but at least I didn't go for the pasta!) and so for dinner I had an orange. I'm so tired and busy working (except for this moment) that I'm not even that hungry. *sigh*
SO I don't think I've lost any weight yet, but I'll get there. Hubby and I watched the Discovery Health Challenge show last night and it was VERY motivating. We both went upstairs and did a half hour of cardio after watching and feeling guilty for not doing anything!
So no update on stats as of yet. :)
