I am unhealthy.

Yes. I am unhealthy. Maybe as unhealthy as Carlo. And I am worried. It all started when I went to Mercury Drug to buy Chocolates. Do you know those machines that stand by the corner and all you need is stand on the platform and gives you a check up for only P5?

Well, I went on to one. And it wasn't pretty.


Here are the stats:

Height: 4ft 10 inches (Aw God...)
Weight: 87 lbs (39.7kg) (Another "Aw God...")

My weight is supposed to be between 96lbs and 120 lbs.

I don't know how to interpret blood pressures, so I'll put them here without comments.
Minimum Systolic: 122 mmHg
Minimum Diastolic: 74 mmHg
Pulse per minute: 78

Normal pressure is up to 140 and 90, so I guess I'm...anemic? Is that the right term?

Now here's the bad part...
Fat Index: 31%
Fat Mass: 27 lbs
Free Fat Mass: 60 lbs

Normal fat mass must be between 121 lbs to 191 lbs. Does this mean I am FAT already??

Oh shit...no wonder my dad is worried about me. Okay, so I HAVE been overexerting and had been really bad on myself for the past few months, ever since Christmas.

So here's the solution I've come up with--there's three of them:

Since I don't have any problems eating veggies and fishies, all I have to do is eat a LOT more than I used to, and lessen the intake of junkfood (instant noodles, sodas, chips, and alas, donuts).

In that way, it will balance the bad stuff with good stuff. If I have to eat junkfood (no available healthy food around), I should remember to put a long interval in between junkfood intake. If it should go well, the ratio of good food with bad food is 3:1.

And hopefully, it will become a habit (I can't give up chocolates. I swear~ I'll die if I do~ T.T)

Second is to sleep early and wake up early. You probably don't know this, but my sleep pattern had become 3am to 11 am. That's eight hours, yes, but if I make it the regular, like let's say, 10pm to 6am, I'll be able to eat breakfast.

Yes, I don't eat breakfast anymore since that sleep pattern.

Then exercise. I had been meaning to get a P.E. class but it seems that P.E. classes hates me. So if I can't get a P.E. class, I'll improvise.

Hmm...I'm fat, but it doesn't show. My metabolism must have been eating the good stuff rather than my fats. Bad body~ Badd~!!
