We're Still on LJ! A Multi-Fandom Friending Meme
Since a lot of us are noticing the empty spaces in our friendslists that were once filled with talkative, active posters- I figured I'd use my icon journal to start a multi-fandom friending meme for those of us still active on Livejournal to find others that are still around in our fandoms.

Age: Old enough to know better, not enough to care.
Main Fandoms: Nintendo-anything, books no one else cares about, my own silly characters.
Favorite characters: Various eccentic geniuses from literature. Like, a lot of them. And Yotsuba Koiwai.
Favorite pairings: I'm not much of a shipper, myself, but I definitely don't mind people who are.
What do you post about in your journal?: Video games! Artwork! Writing! Books (books oh god shut me up now)! Cartoons! Angry work rants! Wait, what?
What are you looking for in an LJ-friend?: People to geek out with, and maybe share stories with! I can be pretty shy at first, but I love chatting about my favourite series c:
Favorite Books: The Horatio Lyle series (please tell me someone else has read it), Johannes Cabal the Necromancer (and the rest), Preston & Child's Pendergast series, The Little Prince, Good Omens, Ender's Game, Watership Down, Raffles Raffles Raffles (I have been wanting to geek out about this series for months come on it's like Holmes & Watson but evil)
Favorite Music: I only listen to a few artists consistently, like Coldplay, Gorillaz, Imogen Heap. And, er. A lot of video game music. I love songs that strike a chord with my imagination, something with a layered polyphonic sound!
Favorite TV Shows: Bugs Bunny forever, Azumanga Daioh, Phineas and Ferb, The Simpsons, Doctor Who, CSI: Miami, Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Murdoch Mysteries. Ooh, and is anyone else watching Person of Interest? Love it so far!
Favorite Movies: An overwhelming amount of Pixar. I have a weird fondness for fun escapist action movies, like James Bond or the new Star Trek. I don't watch a whole lot, though.
Other Interests: Drawing, writing, cooking, singing obnoxiously as I work, playing too much Mario Kart, hey since it didn't fit in any other category anyone else like Harvest Moon Animal Parade, drinking obscene amounts of tea.

You bet! How far are you, I wonder? I'm not super far myself (relatively speaking) and I haven't seen a whole lot of the anime. Mostly lots of manga!
