We're Still on LJ! A Multi-Fandom Friending Meme
Since a lot of us are noticing the empty spaces in our friendslists that were once filled with talkative, active posters- I figured I'd use my icon journal to start a multi-fandom friending meme for those of us still active on Livejournal to find others that are still around in our fandoms.

Main Fandoms: X-men, Marvel...not much of a "fandom" person atm. I also like ST:TNG.
Favorite characters: Nightcrawler, Mojoverse charas,
Favorite pairings: n/a
What do you post about in your journal?: My real life & thoughts, rarely fandom. Occasional deep posts, quickie posts, and funny posts. Also food. I'm a good listener too.
What are you looking for in an LJ-friend?: I came to LJ just looking for a healthy amount of interaction. As this meme is presented, I've noticed those who have left and politely removed those who seem to only want a one-sided friendship. Those who have broader interests in life or are simply honest tend to keep me curious. I like interacting. Once in a while I make icons too.
Favorite Books: Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, Lost Japan, Parasyte & stuff by Jorge Louis Borges as well Osamu Tezuka. Basically, I like books about creepy stuff and/or food. I also read a lot of what might be considered research material.
Favorite Music: Michael Jackson, David Bowie, 80s, Electro, Big Band, Classical, Jazz, Motown/Funk
Favorite TV Shows: Oh my, I can't believe the only show I watch regularly now is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Kids cartoons are my guilty pleasure. I watched Fringe for a while and they cancelled Threshold, so I think I should re-watch old Outer Limits. :P
Favorite Movies: The Inspector General, Unico, stuff by Pixar or Miyazaki. I like mindfuck, indie films, sci-fi, old Hollywood, and plot/talent over celebrity name. My preference is for Burton's version of Batman, for example. ^^;
Other Interests: Usagi Drop, yuri, Wondering Son, Stephen King, sci-fi, science, faith, art, old school comics & anime, old time radio; I tend to drift between one obscure interest to another. lol. I'm infp.
Anything else?: To me, just being a good friend is more important than having a ton of things in common. Tumblr.
