The credit is to be *in the keywords* Which, is on that page I linked above. I can see the words you have there, friends only or not

Oi, himemiya anshii, you need to change the descriptions you have on the icons currently (I believe you have one under umm so sexy or something like that) and change them to ushitora_icons.

Icon makers usually check your image vault to see if you properly credited them in the keywords (that way if people admire their work and see it on YOUR journal they can check the keywords for the creator rather then digging trough your entries)
