Sorry, no art this time either.
For the past few days, I've been feeling kind of sick. It goes away a little bit if I eat, but it always comes back. I don't know if it's stress or something else, but I hope it goes away soon. It's this unpleasant feeling that keeps bubbling up, almost as if I feel like I might need to throw up, but not quite enough to actually get there.
In more positive news, though, things are finally quiet at home, and it appears that my oldest sister might finally take responsibility for that van my parents gave her. Youngest sister was kicked out again, hopefully for good this time because every time she moves back in, something has to go on and be full of drama, and then home no longer feels like home. I am also starting to draw again, and around October 10th will be starting work in another department that will hopefully net me tons of hours which means more money, which in turn can be used for college.
Driving is also going well, although I find that I drive better when there is only one parent in the car. Having two means I am getting two sets of directions at once, and these directions are typically different. Mom's health still has me worried, she mentioned that if anything happened to her, she wanted me to help take care of the family, and although I know I could do it, it's just... ;_; I don't want to think about that. I'm also not sure if our Maltese is going to live to see her next birthday, because her medicine doesn't seem to be doing anything, and we do not have the money to pay for her heart surgery that she needs. She's rather old too, but still. OTL
I need to stop being so depressing and just get off my ass and do art. >.>
Oh! Thanks to a friend in XI, I've made a new character and will hopefully see what the endgame content is like. I've got a lot of learning to do, yes, but so far, I've really enjoyed myself. :3 Everyone in the linkshell is fun to talk to, and it just feels like I'm getting stuff done. I'm still looking forward to XIV, but am enjoying having fun in XI again for the first time in a long time.
I also found an awesome sale online for white jeans, which I need for my job in another department at work, so I am also very happy about that too. Also, some of my coworkers have made comments that I should probably get trained to do cake decorating, but I dunno. >.> I've never worked with frosting enough to really get a feel for it, but if I could learn how, it would be fun. There would suddenly be an abundance of Sephiroth cakes in our bakery if that were the case, lol. That, and cakes with Xenogears characters on them. >.> Yes, I'm obsessed, no need to tell me something I already know.
