I'm shocked that it actually happened. Maybe it's the years of rooting for Buffalo teams, you know that feeling of wanting the win so bad, but deep down fearing the seemingly inevitable letdown, almost expecting it. Probably that and the last two scandalous elections. I'm not saying that Obama is going to be some sort of savior, but it's such a relief, and hopefully a huge step in the right direction. I almost got a little teary eyed watching the crowd in Chicago before his speech, hopefully this regime will bring us out of this mess. I wouldn't go as far as to say my faith in Americans has been restored but it's something.
