I switch on the local news in the early morning, and halfass pay attention while doing yoga on the floor in front of the teevee. It's the dorkiest of the local morning news programs, which is good, because light fluff that doesn't need close heeding is exactly what I'm after at Oh-Dark-Thirty. Yay, Little League!
