realty companies suck. i may be advertising for light construction work soon. if anyone knows how to replace a ceiling, i'd love you forever and pay you in cash and homemade pie. *sighs* things really shouldn't be this difficult in getting a house up to par. or maybe i just have too high of standards. bah.
