SOMEONE'S IN MY FRUIT CELLAR!
i decided to edit my friends' page. generally, if i haven't talked to you in a long time or you're just someone that wants more people on their friends' page, then you got booted. there was only about five but still, it will limit my reading which is a delightful thing.
beyond that, at home for the weekend and was relaxed until my parents came home today. they have friends here for the weekend and it's driving my mom crazy which, in turn, drives me crazy because she complains about it me and makes me upset. so, um, yeah family drama. how deliriously happy. they're having a big party tomorrow night like they do every fourth and once the beer starts flowing, things should improve vastly. i've been extremely good about drinking - i haven't been drunk since march and haven't even really been tempted until this weekend. i feel proud of myself for that and it makes me like myself quite a bit more. less things to be embarassed about. :)
i've been cleaning out some boxes of mine that have been stored in my paren'ts basement for quite a few years now. i don't think they've even been opened since the last time we moved about 11 years ago. it was an abundance of 80's toys and accessories. i'm currently wearing a killer b&w striped headband and some crazy bracelets. i rediscovered my barbies and their clothing whilst watching 'pitch black'. it was amusing that i was picking out this heinous 80s outfits while vin diesel beat the shit outta some guy. before, i hadn't really decided if he was truly sexy or not, or if it was just his voice. it's both. the man is quite sexy though i wish he didn't have so many muscles. not appealing. i don't like it when their deltoids swallow their necks. ugh. gimme a geek with nice biceps anyday. *grrrowls*
besides all that fun and wackiness, also found my pretty little ponies which are for some reason sticky. hmmmm...make as many theories as to where the stickiness has come from, i have thought of them all and none of them plausible. but the coolest discovery of the day is about a 3 foot long bright pink stick with rounded ends. it KICKS ASS. i have no idea what it's from or what it's for but i'm keeping it and using it to beat people up. if i ever have that need. which i probably won't, granted, but i'd love to tell the story of how i beat someone up with a bright pink phallic object.
