It had been, as far as Archie was concerned, relatively easy to get Horatio and William to go exploring in one of the temples with him. They both felt as if Archie would get into trouble more often than not (which he may on occasion agree with), and he was glad for the company.
In fact, their company was just about the only resemblance of life back on the high seas that Archie had. Or not precisely their lives on the Renown, but close enough. Archie enjoyed life on Tabula Rasa at the least; there were various and sundry places and things to explore, and people to talk to. They even had a theatre performing the works of Shakespeare, and just the other day, Archie had discovered the most fascinating thing called Television.
Nothing quite matched a day of freedom to explore wherever he pleased, and with his two closest friends coming along. Shouldering his pack, Archie stopped at the entrance to one of the temples, and beamed back at the other two men. "Ready?"
