If you have a Pokémon that can attack Ghost-types, keep them alert. If you do not, use a repel. That was no spirit.

Normal-type and Fighting-type attacks. Everything else will at least harm them a little.

It would be nice if one of those moves was the equivalent of a Silence spell.

...Sometimes, when people disappear, their Pokémon find themselves new trainers. And Ghost-types do tend to show their interest through pranks. Did anyone you know disappear since you arrived?
