what should i do?
Background to question: I hate my job because the schedule is Friday through Tuesday, roughly 4 pm to 12 am, without hope of a Saturday night off, and it's so far from a major city that there's no hope for post-midnight socializing. You might say the major problem is social isolation, although there are other reasons to hate this job.
Option A: Do not look for a job right now. Instead, take classes in Flash and Dreamweaver at Rhode Island School of Design on one of my days off, from March through the end of May. Wait until June to get a new job and move to a city.
Option B: Look for a job right now in order to get out of this situation as quickly as possible, and try to learn the web skills on my own (I already have the software). The job I get now might not be as good as one I could get if I waited and took the classes.
