Sweat:
1/2 yellow onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2T + 2 tsp evoo
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Add:
14.5oz can diced tomatoes
8.75oz can whole kernel corn
10oz box frozen spinach
water
Add:
8oz uncooked ditalini
sprig of basil
When pasta is done cooking, add:
2 (5oz) cans water packed tuna, drained
1T chopped parsley
s+p to taste
