Ozzfest 2005 \m/
Ozzfest was KICK ASS.
We ended up missing Rob Zombie since he played RIGHT at the beginning, but oh well. ;/
On a better note:
The drummer from Trivium threw his drumstick, and I totally caught it. They were giving out free condoms, but I think more of them got blown up and set free than anything else, lol. There was a stand selling some pretty sweet bowls, too. But I can't sell out Brad Nowell. ;x
We got a pretty good seat on the lawn too, it was right on the front part near the walkway behind the pavilion. The mainstage was In Flames, Shadows Fall, Mudvayne, Iron Maiden, a couple other bands I can't remember, and Black Sabbath.
Ozzy opened the show by saying "I wasn't supposed to play today, but I told my doctor to go fuck himself." xD
I guess he had something wrong with his throat and missed the last couple of shows, including the one that Jay went to.
Iron Maiden had this huge anamatronic devil for The Number Of The Beast.
Oh, and we were completely sober until we went back by the main stage, and the girls next to us were rolling one and asked if we wanted to hit it. It was good shit.
