its weird. the more i do or experience in a day, the more i get tired easily.(im very, very observant!) however, the more i sleep in and allow my brain to comprehend what happened, the more i soak in what actually happened and i can learn from that in a positive way. very useful i find even without sleeping. as long as i get my routine day dreams in, im fine. i find day dreaming very important in a daily routine but not so many people can appreciate that kind of expansion of their dreams / mind into a usefulness that they can value especially at a job. if i have learned tons of info, dont be surprised when im starring out the window, im just soaking it in.

day dreaming to me is in the same category as a dream after you wake up. not fully in a dream or r.e.m state but half awake, half asleep. where the brain waves find a median right where it comes up with random stuff but you can control the outcome or direction things go in. these are my favorite type of dreams hence why i love sleeping in all the time and get grumpy in the morning when i awake in the middle of a dream. my brain hasn't fulfilled what i wanted in the dream.
