Just stumbled upon 'Do You Want To Know A Secret?' by The Beatles on my playlist and a nice little memory comes rushing back to me...
I was probably ten or eleven, if even that much. And my father is up front, driving the car... maybe my mother is there, too. My sister, Lesley, and I are in the back seat.
We are coming back from somewhere in Tennessee and it is late at night.
And this song comes on, bouncing around the interior of my dad's Dodge car in the middle of the night on some highway.
And my sister keeps answering George Harrison's questions, causing me to giggle myself to death.
He'd ask 'do you want to know a secret?' and she'd say 'no way, man!' or it would be 'let me whisper in your ear...' and she'd answer back with 'uh huh, no way...'.
I love thinking back on a moment like that. :D
