Gah I don't understand this. I went to bed at 7 or 7:30am yesterday and woke up at 12. I've been tired all day and went to work. I'm sitting here at 4am after cleaning the apartment and im wide awake. It's like the second I actually wanna go to bed my body fucks with me and says no! yoga. talk to sheila. she showed me these things you can do. they totally help me.

hmm yeah Sarah and I are supposed to start some yoga with Sheila but we haven't had the time yet...I can't even get my neck to uncramp so I should start soon.

try over the counter sleeping pills. Also sometimes a couple drinks at night will help me fall asleep. But try those things separetly. don't take the sleeping pills while your drinking.
