*Hina decided to take a break from her training and swing by Violet City again. When she gets there she's instantly attracted to the music she hears in the air. She follows it to Hao and quietly sits down to listen to more of his flute playing.*

Depends on how much musical knowledge you have. It takes a small while to get used to it.

It's what most musicians play their notes off of, unless they've memorized the song.
