[[Rose has been a little bit of a busy bee since arriving in Goldenrod. From shopping to studying more on Lugia (after spotting it in it's flight around Johto), to -- apparently evolving Cocoa. The video is focused on an extremely excited Leafeon, who is looking every which way at all the new sights and sounds.]]Meet Cocoa. I had learned of new ( Read more... )

Is Leafeon any good? I don't have any grass pokemon yet and I still don't know what to do with my Eevee.

I didn't know there was anything flying around, either. What does it look like?

It seems fair so far. I've used it in a few bouts, and he made quick work of his opponents. They seem to be more of a physical attacker than anything. High attack, high defense. A fair choice.

I am going to go out on a limb and say the second rock produces an Ice type, being that it is an Icy Rock. So that may also be a choice. Have you looked into the original five types that were available?

As for what Lugia looks like...It has a long body, it's neck and tail making up for most of it. It's white, the accents it possesses being...well, from what it looked like, a dark blue or purple perhaps. A smaller, teardrop shaped head, legs similar to that of a dog or cat perhaps... And long wings, though not feathered typical to birds. It looked more as if it had hands.

Yeah, I already looked at all the other choices. I already have fire, water, dark, and psychic pokemon though, so Jolteon was really the only one I was thinking about at all. I just thought if there were others that might be good I'd think about them, too.

That does actually sound pretty cool looking. That's weird that it's just flying around like that, though.

And if you were interested in an electric Pokemon, Mareep is always a choice as well. Or was. I'm unsure as to if they can be caught around Goldenrod.

However, yes, it would likely be good to consider them as well. I will be doing my best to research these two new ones, and would be glad to share the information with you if you'd like.

And it kind of is, yes, and I do wonder what is causing it to fly around like that.

Many individuals have had evolutions occur lately.

Are you implying that you have secured all the badges? You said that it is "likely" your last, without further clarifying elaboration.

As I've noticed. Perhaps it is just that time of the season?

[[Chuckling, she shakes her head.]]

It is actually that I have little interest in collecting the badges. I merely challenged the gym to perhaps alleviate a bit of tension I was feeling that day. Whether I would win or not was of little matter.

Do you think it's really seasonal?

[He seems genuinely interested in what Rose thinks of this.]

I've been here since March, and I have yet to collect a single one. I feel similarly; it just doesn't interest me. If it alleviates tension, though... perhaps I should consider looking into it.

It's certainly a possibility. The weather recently, as opposed to the horrendous conditions I've experienced in the past here, encourages me - at the very least - to go outside and train. And of course training leads to evolution for most Pokemon.

It was quite useful for such for me. The battle was thrilling, and the feeling of accomplishment afterward was rewarding.

Hugs?
Goodness me, you would allow me to do such a thing?
And here I thought I would get lucky simply being allowed to share in the far cooler greeting of the "brofist".
I might be just a little excited by this prospect.
