He is indeed. [[Applauds? Derptini knows what those are! He is all sorts of wiggles and proud.]] If only he had caught fish we could eat, rather than a large pile of fish that can do little more than flop around.

Perhaps you can teach him to go after those instead?

I think I will try that. Once I feel up to swimming, anyway. It would be quite handy to have a fishing Pokemon on our team.

You wouldn't need to worry about food, so long as you were near a body of water.

Indeed, and that would be very nice. If I ever happen upon edible sources of red meat, I would be happy to teach one of my other Pokemon to hunt as well. But, surprisingly, I have yet to see any, despite how well stocked the Marts are.

That is strange, isn't it? Almost all of the living things around here are Pokémon. I wonder where they get the meat?

As do I. I would really like to know, as hunting for myself would be so much more advantageous and money-saving.

I'm not sure I would know where to begin with skinning and preparing red meat even if I were able to find animals of that sort, myself.

I just had the luck to find a job that provides lodgings. It's the Breeding Centre in Goldenrod City.

Congratulations. Two of my friends work and live there now, I believe. It must be quite accommodating.
