Someone's tied a ragged strip of red cloth around the Pokemon's tail -- not even in a bow, just a messy knot -- and he wags frantically to show it off, peering over his shoulder to his audience. Humans will be treated to chattering 'ratatatata's, while Pokemon will hear this: ]
