Throughout the day, the guy can be found one of two places; the first is in Goldenrod's Game Corner, spending most of his morning on the slots. If you're not the gambling type, maybe you'll catch him coming out of the casino, and maybe you'll recognize the look of a guy who just lost a lot of money.
The second is on the outskirts of Goldenrod, trying to make that money back. Sanae's just chilling with a cup of coffee and leaning back against his pet dinosaur, now that Day-Oh is reaching rideable size. Every now and then, he'll call on a Sweet Scent from the thing, while his Persian and Smeargle take turns slaughtering wild Pokemon with Pay Day.
It's good to be back in the big city. ]
