Freya is, in broad terms, a very... special Pokémon. When alone with her trainer, she is very loving and affectionate, with a penchant for perching on top of his head. Fussy and overprotective, she adores Choutarou (and by proxy, the rest of his team) very much. She's unquestionably loyal to him, and will follow him to the ends of the earth-uh, Johto-if that was necessary. Because of that, though, when things go wrong for her trainer, she tends to blame herself for the failure and sulks for days on end until she is finally convinced that she's not at fault. She prefers to be outside the confines of her pokéball, to which her trainer has no qualms with. However, that means that she usually has to interact with other people. And when it comes to interacting with other people...
Well.
If you need one word to describe Freya's classy social behaviour, the best choice would be "nonexistent." To say that she loves her trainer is almost an understatement; she's possessive, almost to a frightening degree. She can get rather paranoid when Choutarou is talking to other people, as she is a little convinced that every single person in Johto is out to get him. Which probably isn't true, but who cares? Not Freya. Equipped with some kind of broken inner douchebag radar, she will recognize the jerkfaces-who-pretend-to-be-nice-people as, well, jerkfaces. Convincing Choutarou that a certain person is actually horrible is another story, unfortunately (the problems of having a Disney Princess as your trainer, sigh). She is a master at keeping grudges, and if you do even one thing that distresses her trainer? She'll remember that. Which isn't to say that she hates everyone ever; Hyoutei members get a reluctant pass when it comes to SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE, and she actually won't attack anybody at first sight. Except Kanzeon, but that Doomfurret is a special exception.
This doesn't mean that Freya is a complete barbarian, however; she's graceful, elegant, and loves sweet things, singing, and being called "cute". And it will take a long, long while, but if you somehow manage to gain her trust? You'll get one (1) tsunbird.
Due to evolving and being unable to perch on Choutarou's head anymore, she has been a little... grumpy. Death by dragon pulses are now a reality, folks.

After a certain mishap involving Choutarou and Hiyoshi involuntarily spending most of the day in Dark Cave, the end results were two rather... tired second years and a Teddiursa clinging onto Choutarou's leg. Unconfident and quiet, Yuu is by far one of the shyest Pokémon in all of Johto. Ever since being rescued and subsequently caught, he has acquired Zubat trauma and a fear for caves. Although having the capabilty to battle, he isn't very fond of fighting in the first place, which is why Choutarou sends him out less than the rest of his team when training. Nonetheless, Yuu is always trying his best to get overcome his confidence issues. He wants to evolve into something big and strong so he will be able to protect his trainer better!
Ever since he had evolved, he has been growing more and more confident with battling and general socialization with others (read: the rest of Choutarou's team). Although he will never truly shed his shy, timid exterior, Yuu is still brave in his own way; protective and loyal to his friends and trainer, and a great... cuddler?
When Yuu is out of his Pokéball, forgetting that he's not a Teddiursa anymore, this 125 kg bear occasionally flops on his trainer. It's a miracle that Choutarou's back isn't bent out of shape.
(He still sometimes hides behind his trainer's back when meeting strangers. Just a small habit that he hasn't been able to get rid of. Really.)

Bouncy, cheerful, and full of energy, Agalia is a bundle of joy and cuddles. She is very curious and rather naïve about the world around her, viewing everything with a child-like perspective. Being the first Pokémon Choutarou had hatched from an egg, he doted on her a lot when she was baby, although this did not make her spoiled in any kind of way. Agalia is extremely energetic, and she spends most of this energy on battling and training, which she enjoys quite a bit. She doesn't mind getting dirty in the slightest, and that means a lot of bath times.
