[The video feed turns on to show the face of a slightly surprised Meowth, who apparently turned it on by accident as it fiddled with its trainer's fallen Gear. Scratching and beeping sounds can be heard as the cat Pokemon's claws make contact with various buttons on the Gear, although not one of them being the button to turn the video off. Unfortunately, I'm afraid you'll have to walk in the meanwhile. I am not quite familiar with that area, but there should be some wild Pokemon around that are big enough to ride on or upon evolution.

Then I believe the only other option besides walking might be to purchase a bicycle. I've heard those can make your travels much faster.
