That's true to a point... people coming in from different universes and such, there's got to be a reason behind everything.

But on another note, at least gravity seems to be constant here.

I don't know. Stuff like this in my world would usually be more like the weather or something. There's all kinds of rumors about the Grand Line and New World causing stuff like this.

It's something of a natural occurrence where you come from? In my world, events of this nature are easily done by a gen-jutsu, depending on the one using it.
