[Today's video is one of fail. Ken is sitting on his hotel bed, and he actually intends to post this one.]

... Can Pokemon have sight problems? An egg of mine just hatched and--

[Mouri has a newly Eevee himself, so this feed fascinates him somewhat.]

It cannot keep its balance. This is not a problem of sight.

But he should still be able to see things in front of him, shouldn't he?

Not necessarily. Its eyes are not used to the change in rapid perspective.

If it continues being weak, I recommend discarding it.

Disca--

No way! I'm not just going to abandon him because he's weak.

Does it truly deserve your sympathy, young one?

It's not sympathy. Pokemon aren't just useless if they're weak.

What else do they have to offer then when they are incapable of doing what it is in their nature?

Just because something or someone fights doesn't mean it's in their nature. Animals and people fight for a lot of reasons--it doesn't mean it's what they have to do.

I've had just as many Pokemon who don't like to fight as ones who do. Pokemon are more than animals. They're pets--they're better friends than most humans I've met.

For one so young, I take pity on you.

You have yet to realise that you only need to rely on your own self. You need nothing else but that. This reliance on other beings... yes I suppose there is a place for having them for your amusement. But nevertheless, young one. Let this be a lesson that the world takes no pity and you would do better saving yourself the trouble of emotional entanglement.

[Ken would laugh at you if he saw the humor in the situation. He'd laugh long. and hard. But unfortunately, it's a sensitive subject for him. You have no idea who you're talking to.]

You have no idea what you're talking about.

[No family, no home, no friends his own age. Everything he loves either dies or disappears from him.

Reliance on other beings? We went over this on October 5th.]

[He's smiling very serenely. This kid amused him more than necessary. He was different in that he actually had his own notions of justice and revenge in his head.]

I see the anger in you, it's plain as the sun's light.

What's that supposed to mean?

[No, Ken, glaring does not make you less angry.]

You wear your emotions upon your sleeve rather easily.

You don't know me at all. You can't say something like that.
